Shipping

Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. 

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is ready for shipment. Please note that we do have items on pre-order/ back-order and all shipping timelines are from the date of the shipment, not date of order.

PLEASE NOTE DELAYS MAY OCCUR SLOWING THE SHIPPING PROCESS DOWN DURING PEAK PERIODS, HOLIDAYS, AND SALES.

GORDS not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

We DO OFFER ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE THAT COVERS ALL COST in the instance a package is lost or stolen in transit.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.

International orders

GORDS SHIPS WORLDWIDE VIA DHL, OR FED-EX INTERNATIONAL. Please email us if you HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR COUNTRY.

The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. Any that refuse packages because of duties and taxes will be issued store-credit. Additionally, you will be charged for the return back to our office and the shipping fee back to the destination intended.

All international returns customers are responsible for shipping back to us, and back to your destination. All items will be sent back as returned goods to avoid any additional duties and taxes.

GORDS allows returns and exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Return shipping is free for orders over $250.

Exchanges will be allowed for exchange size, or store-credit. If the item received is damaged, or defected, you are NOT eligible for a full refund.  

Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days of the package arriving at our facility. If you are exchanging an item, you will receive a tracking email when your new order is ready for shipment, contingent on our stock levels. If it is on back-order you will get the tracking email as soon as it is being processed.  This period may be longer during peak sales periods. Contingent on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account. 

If GORDS determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

Returns and exchanges - International

To initiate a return, please email support@gordsla.com to request a return authorization.

GORDS allows returns within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping is the responsibility of all customers.

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued immediately upon the arrival and inspection of your return if eligible. Contingent on your banking, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

If GORDS determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you. In this instance the customer will be sent an invoice for the return shipping cost.

SALES TAX

We are obligated to collect sales tax in California only.

The sales tax quoted at checkout is an estimate. The final amount is listed on your invoice and includes state and local taxes, as well as any other applicable rebates or fees.

No sales tax is charged on e-gift cards; however, purchases made with an e-gift card may be subject to sales tax.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or VAT's imposed by a respective government. It is at the sole discretion of the customer to pay any fees associated. All shipping cost are non-refundable, and any international returns customers are responsible for shipping to and from the customer's location. Unless, there was an error on our part then we will adjust accordingly. Any packages that are refused because of duties and taxes will only be eligible for store-credit. The customer will also be charged for any additional shipping cost.
